  • Cancellation charges:

    • Before shipping sample collection kit from 30M Genomics – 0%

    • After shipping of sample collection kit by 30M Genomics – 25%

    • After receiving the samples by 30M Genomics– 50%

    • After processing of samples – 100%

  • You will get 100% refund or re-service in the following cases:

    • Sample collection kit is damaged during transportation

    • Poor quality or quantity of DNA extracted from the samples
