We normally dispatch all our orders within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 2 to 5 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them.
Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.
We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

No Free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.
Shipping charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time of placement of order.
